Is the food hot when I pick it up?
No. Everything is fully cooked and then chilled, so it holds safely in your refrigerator overnight and heats Thursday. That’s what makes Wednesday pickup work.
How long does it take to heat?
About 25 to 30 minutes at 350°F for the turkey and most sides, with the gravy done in the microwave in four. Nearly everything goes in one oven at one temperature, and everything should reach 165°F. Read them here.
What if I’m only feeding four people?
The dinner comes in one size, for six to eight. Plenty of smaller households still order it — you get Thursday dinner, leftovers through the weekend, and anything you don’t want twice freezes well for another meal.
Can I swap a side or make a substitution?
The menu is set, with no substitutions or modifications. It’s how we keep quality consistent cooking this volume in one week.
Do you deliver?
Not for Thanksgiving dinners — those are pickup only. Our holiday catering menu does include delivery, so call (919) 533-0145 for a larger gathering.
Where exactly do I pick it up?
Our catering kitchen at 480 Hillsboro Street, Pittsboro. Pull around behind Forest Hall and Chatham Marketplace to the white catering kitchen building.
